The Infrastructure Realty Trust ("IRT") can be reached for any general inquiries and other administrative purposes via the contact methods provided below the contact form below. If you are a tenant or a prospective tenant with a tenant or a prospective tenant related matter or inquiry, please contact the on-site building manager, or the off-site property manager. All property management matters are handled directly by our local property managers as IRT does not handle property management matters. IRT is only an investor and capital provider/allocator and is otherwise not engaged in day to day property management.

In Person: By Appointment Only. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic in-person meetings must be scheduled well in advance and all CDC health safety guidelines must be employed. Online, live, encrypted virtual meetings are preferred until further notice and we all return to normal. These conditions also apply to meetings at real assets investment project sites (typically real estate, mining properties etc.) wherever located. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the state a particular investment may be situated.
