The Infrastructure Realty Trust ("IRT") can be reached for any general inquiries and other administrative purposes via the contact methods provided below the contact form below.  If you are a tenant or a prospective tenant with a tenant or a prospective tenant related matter or inquiry, please contact the on-site building manager, or the off-site property manager.  All property management matters are handled directly by our local property managers as IRT does not handle property management matters.  IRT is only an investor and capital provider/allocator and is otherwise not engaged in day to day property management.  

Please use the Contact Form below is you are interested in investing in the IRT or its other affiliated investment vehicles.  In accordance with federal and state securities laws, i.e., Reg. D Rule 506(b), and certain states' blue sky laws, we are prohibited from advertising, marketing, promoting, or offering securities directly to the general retail investing public. Offerings of such securities may only be made to bonafide accredited investors. by way of a private placement memorandum and associated documentation.
